The Madison Quay Forum is run from a small office above the old chandlery, a few doors down from the ferry landing. It is not a formal visitor centre, but if you are passing and want to talk about the neighbourhood, the door is usually open on weekday mornings.

The office sits at the north end of the quay, just past the public gardens. If you are coming by bus, the 14 and 27 both stop at the market square, a five-minute walk along the river. The ferry landing is closer still, and the footpath from the pier brings you straight to our door.
Routes 14 and 27 stop at Market Square. Cross the gardens and follow the river path north for about five minutes.
The quay landing is a two-minute walk from the office. Turn left off the pier and look for the blue door above the chandlery.
The nearest public lot is under the bridge, with a short walk along the water. On market days it fills early, so allow extra time.
The riverside path runs the full length of the quay. The office is easy to spot, set back from the water behind the plane trees.
